Goldfinger specializes in the preservation and adaptive re-use of aging structures. While we’ve done many projects over the past 20 years, our largest (and most recent) example can be seen at Goldfinger Studios --  a series of dramatic commercial condos born from a mid-century modern, 35,000 square foot former aluminum casting foundry in Grafton.  We closed on this property in August of 2024, and are excited about the progress we've made.
