MODERN CABIN

We designed this modern cabin and built it from the ground up, on a remote location in Western Wisconsin’s driftless area. The cabin features a hydronic heated slab, while the walls and ceiling are Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). Sliding galvalume panels cover the doors and windows, completely sealing up the building when not in use. A reflecting pool bounces afternoon sunlight patterns through the interiors.
