1930’S GRAFTON MACHINE SHOP

In 2016, we purchased a decrepit machine shop on 12th Avenue. We added dormers, a new insulated roof, glass overhead doors, new HVAC, polished concrete floors, a front sidewalk, and planted a large maple tree in the front yard. This was our personal studio space until 2024. It has since been converted into a European-style salt spa.
